Sales Representative

Accountable for the relationship between Argia and its customers. Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory. Deliver a well-managed and growing business for Argia by understanding both the customers’ and Argia‘s business strategies and initiatives. Secure and maintain distribution of products and services and maintaining effective agreements. Fulfill completely the sales end-to-end process, from client prospecting to closure.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively seeks both short- and long-term opportunities to meet sales goals
  • Presents customers with Argia lighting solutions that address business needs
  • Understands customers’ businesses and builds relationships with both plant managers and business decision makers
  • Generates long-term, customer-centric plans that align customer, and Argia business priorities
  • Understands changing trends, how the industry and competitors are evolving, and how Argia can address these changes
  • Fosters an environment of teamwork and accountability
  • Communication with the customers, design team, and partners
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in similar position (Sales/B2B)
  • Proven sales record (Revenues, Goals, Plan)
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and drive
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Active, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good networking and influencing skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
